Coordinate with local agents, corporate service providers, and regulatory authorities to manage corporate secretarial and compliance obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
Prepare, review, and file statutory forms, resolutions, meeting minutes, and supporting corporate documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, registers, and compliance documentation.
Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents to regulators and authorities.
Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Back Office, and Human Resources to collect relevant information and support operational compliance requirements.
Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of the company’s compliance framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of compliance projects and initiatives.
Provide requested company documents and compliance information to internal and external stakeholders as required.
Support headquarters and management in maintaining governance standards and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
May require occasional visits to service providers, regulators, or government offices.
Requirements
Good knowledge of financial services regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Prior experience in compliance, legal practice, or financial services industry is preferred.
Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a cross-border and multicultural environment.
Ability to work independently while following instructions and meeting deadlines.
