- coordinates warranty and billable field services for installation and commissioning of new machines
- troubleshooting and repairs
- provides technical support to internal and external customers
- makes decisions on warranty cases
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent direct related work experience
- Knowledge of electric machines, construction and operation
- Understanding of industrial applications for motors and generators
- Reading schematics and mechanical drawings
- Basic Vibration analysis
- Able to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Intermediate level of MSOffice, required
- 4+ years of relevant work experience is required
