Define and communicate the long-term product vision for your domain; develop annual and multi-year roadmaps based on market analysis and customer needs.
Lead, coach and grow the team of PMs and data analysts (performance, hiring, succession); establish a high-performing product culture and quality standards.
Work closely with engineering and design leaders; collaborate with sales, Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) and delivery teams on commercial stages and strategic conversations.
Validate new features and their impact on the user experience; analyze metrics and feature adoption; prioritize initiatives according to business value and technical complexity.
Maintain an intimate understanding of customer needs and market trends; participate in strategic discussions with key institutional accounts.
Requirements
7+ years in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in a data
or analytics-driven domain.
Commercial mindset: Comfortable in strategic conversations with clients; fluent in economic and unit economics thinking.
Languages: Professional proficiency in French and English (working languages within our international team).
