About this role
Role Overview
Provide vital support across the full spectrum of HR Operations
Collaborate closely with HR Operations Manager, Recruitment and Payroll teams
Ensure accurate employee data maintenance and contribute to HR strategy implementation
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries
Manage and triage the shared HR inbox
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Prepare, review and issue contracts and HR documentation
Oversee pre-employment screening processes
Support the full employee lifecycle management
Maintain and update the HR system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
Proven experience in managing work from multiple stakeholders to agreed deadlines/SLA’s
Strong attention to detail
Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers such as outsourced HR services, payroll providers, recruitment agencies, benefit providers and Ashby
Commercial understanding of the business and how HR can support the requirements of stakeholders
Ability to plan ahead to provide proactive HR support to the business
Pragmatic, diplomatic, and a good team player
Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively at all levels of the organisation
