Follow the implementation lifecycle of one or more projects, including project analysis, solution configuration, deployment on customer environments (cloud and, where applicable, on-premise)
Assist with the application deployment and configuration on container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS services
Support customers throughout the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live and post-go-live evolutive maintenance
Collaborate with client technical teams (IT, security, compliance teams) during implementation, with particular attention to the requirements of banking and wealth management clients
Execute troubleshooting in production, analysing structured logs, APM tools, distributed traces and observability platforms (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack)
Contribute to incident analysis and root-cause investigation, working closely with the product development team
Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and implementation playbooks to standardize and scale delivery processes
Work in synergy with the product development team to feedback operational insights in a collaborative perspective of product improvement
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in technical support, software delivery or implementation activities for enterprise software solutions
Good technical background with proven experience in Linux OS, microservices architectures
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration on Kubernetes
Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or equivalent)
Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS
Ability to read and reason about application code and logs (Java / Spring Boot or equivalent JVM stack) for troubleshooting purposes
Experience troubleshooting issues in production, including incident triage, log analysis and coordination with development teams
Experience with observability tooling: structured logging, APM, distributed tracing, dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or comparable stacks)
Fluent English
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and of typical SaaS delivery lifecycles
Hands-on and collaborative attitude, with willingness to learn and support different project activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders
Organized and reliable, with a practical and hands-on mindset
