Generate actionable insights to support commercial strategy, performance management, and market expansion
Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for sales, marketing, and channel performance
Curate and maintain business-ready datasets, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across markets
Establish and optimize data pipelines to enable continuous insight generation
Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms) to track key commercial KPIs
Collaborate with in-region Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams
Act as a trusted advisor to regional and country leadership teams
Identify opportunities to future-proof the region in analytics capabilities
Drive adoption of analytics outcomes and best practices across markets

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
5–8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations
Experience working in a regional / multi-country environment (Asia-Pacific preferred)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse and modern data platforms preferred
Experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other BI tools
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
