Leads civil engineering design for compressor stations, meter stations, pipeline facilities, and related infrastructure with a focus on safe, reliable, and practical project delivery
Partners across mechanical, electrical, controls, operations, environmental, and project management teams to build aligned solutions and move projects forward
Drives civil engineering deliverables, design packages, schedules, budgets, and contractor support across project phases with accountability for quality and results
Applies Williams standards, engineering practices, and applicable codes to strengthen safety, compliance, and operational reliability
Coordinates with land, permitting, environmental, and regulatory partners to advance projects with clear communication and sound judgment
Resolves RFIs, reviews field changes, and addresses design issues during construction to support safe execution and timely decision making
Improves project delivery by preparing technical documentation, capturing lessons learned, and promoting consistent engineering practices across the region
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Brings strong civil engineering experience across design, construction support, and project execution in industrial or energy infrastructure environments
Applies knowledge across civil, structural, and construction standards while managing priorities through strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Champions safety, operational reliability, and practical solutions while working effectively across disciplines and project phases
Works across office, field, and construction settings and travels to project sites as needed to support execution activities
