About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting, high-value relationships across the network.
Monitor and analyse partner performance, sharing insights to improve operational metrics and partner satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
Plan portfolio strategies to increase performance and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and market share.
Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities for growth and proactively managing risks.
Requirements
Significant experience in account management or sales, specifically focused on building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
Strong understanding of P&L and proven negotiation skills to drive business value.
Proven ability to use data and project management applications to guide best practices and decision-making.
Market expertise within the Horeca, restaurant, or food sectors is highly desirable.
Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively; fluency in English is a significant advantage.
