Residential Care Manager

Role Overview

• Instruction and supervision of residents in their daily activities
• Provide on-site coverage and perform routine resident-care duties
• Complete psychosocial evaluations and develop rehabilitation plans
• Teach independent living skills to residents
• Coach residents in completing daily activities
• Ensure residents’ needs for services are met
• Provide recovery-oriented counseling to engage residents
• Collaborate and communicate with other treatment services
• Conduct fire drills and resolve physical plant problems

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in the human services field preferred
• A Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and maintenance of good driving record
