You will assist with coordinating our in-house talent
You will support the search for new collaboration partners
Over the course of projects you will learn how inquiries and offers are processed
You will learn about price negotiations and market rates and, with agreement, receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills—also in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You will learn about contract structures in this industry, their common pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts
You will support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help bring these to life
You will act as a liaison between talents and our partners, schedule their assignments, and ensure their well‑being
You will identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows; during the first year you will take on a supporting role and will be gradually introduced to greater responsibilities depending on development.
Requirements
At least an internship, working‑student position, and/or vocational training in influencer marketing, online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, prior experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and strong motivation
Fluent German and strong spoken and written English
