Become a product expert within Capture Expense, supporting clients across onboarding, training, technical support, and ongoing engagement
Troubleshoot issues, guide implementations, and deliver training sessions
Maximize value from the platform for clients
Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Operations teams
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve client experience
Develop strong expertise across the Capture Expense platform and associated financial systems

Experience in technical support, SaaS support, onboarding, or software implementation
Exposure to accounting systems, finance platforms, payroll software, or expenses systems
Experience working with CSV imports/exports, integrations, or client data management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to clients
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with expense management software or financial platforms would be advantageous, but not essential.
