Role Overview
- Deliver strategic and sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned accounts
- Responsible for development and execution of strategic and robust account plans
- Lead and manage project initiatives (internal and external) toward Amcor goals
- Increase business with existing accounts through networking
- Create and execute strategy to maintain and grow the assigned account
- Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
- Communicates competitive developments in his/her account base and reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years’ experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
- Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
