Role Overview
- Focus on investments and support appraisal and due diligence of new direct equity opportunities
- Undertake scientific, commercial, financial and investment analysis
- Model and review company performance and forecasts
- Coordinate external advisers and work closely with internal teams
- Support execution of transactions and contribute to portfolio monitoring
Requirements
- Demonstrable knowledge of venture capital investing in Life Sciences
- Commercial understanding of high-growth businesses
- Excellent analytical capability, including financial analysis and modelling
- Confident in stakeholder management skills
- Degree is essential
- Experience supporting investment transactions or working in venture-backed, start-up or growth environments would be advantageous.
