Role Overview
- Understanding of Product drawing.
- Special process like Phosphating, Powder coating, Anodizing, IMP – Process monitoring ETP operation monitoring.
- Hazardous waste handling and Monitoring.
- Chemical handling Environmental Compliance adherence.
- Develop Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram), PFMEA, Control Plan and Work instructions.
- Capacity enhancement, Couple/Decouple operations for maximum VA.
- New Machine selection, New chemical introduction and Prove out in line.
- Perform product validation.
- Solving of perineal Quality issues in ongoing Special process.
- Proving of Special process thru capability (MSA).
- Line balancing, MSD and Manpower optimization.
- Establish Lean Equipment Specification. SHE, Capability, Cycle Time, Labour, TPM
Requirements
- 6+ years in industrial engineering function or production engineering function with at least 5 years hands-on experience in Special process and surface treatment and establishment of standards.
- The person must possess hands-on experience in Special process planning engineering, new product development.
- Must be familiar with Special process like Phosphating, Powder coating, Anodizing, IMP.
- Also have knowledge about surface treatment process and Heat treatment.
- Knowledge in SMED, MSD, SWCT Line balancing, MSA.
- Must possess implementation knowledge on innovation/new initiatives in chemical, plants, Jigs, and Fixtures.
- Capacity enhancement, De-bottlenecking, Re-engineering, Low Cost Automation.
- Must be familiar with design and implementation of material handling and internal logistics.
