Requirements
10+ years of product design experience, including 4+ years in people leadership roles managing managers or multi-team design functions within enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and retaining high-performing design teams while developing future leaders.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect design investments to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, or efficiency.
Excellent organizational judgment, balancing consistency and structure with autonomy and innovation.
Deep experience with design systems, operational excellence, and scaling design practices across teams and geographies.
AI fluency at an organizational level, with the ability to influence team structure, workflows, and quality standards in an AI-enabled design environment.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present, influence, and shape decisions with senior leadership.
