About this role
Role Overview
You take ownership of your own clients and act as their primary point of contact for paid and organic social media
You plan, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others)
You develop social media strategies, define target audiences and derive concrete recommendations from performance data
You are responsible for A/B tests and continuous optimization, not just campaign setup
You actively use AI for audience analysis, campaign structure, creative approaches and report preparation
You present results in meaningful reports and provide clear action recommendations instead of raw data lists
You contribute to the department: monitor trends, set impulses and share knowledge
You work closely with colleagues from SEA (search advertising), tracking and content
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising, either at an agency or in-house
You are familiar with the ad managers of the relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and can independently implement complex campaigns
You want to advise clients strategically, not just deliver campaigns: understand objectives, discuss on equal terms and make decisions together
Data-driven thinking and creative judgement go hand in hand for you
AI is a tool you use regularly. You are curious about how it evolves campaign work and creative processes
Structured, independent working style, able to handle multiple projects and clients in parallel
German language skills at C1 level
Benefits
Independent client responsibility with real scope for shaping work
Personal and professional development including internal and external training
Ergonomic workstations with electrically height-adjustable sit-stand desks and excellent technical equipment both in the office and for home office
Flat hierarchies and inclusion in decision-making
A balanced work-life balance
Flexible working hours (core hours 10:00 – 15:00) and the possibility to work from home
Regular team events
Contribution towards BVG public transport pass and EGYM Wellpass membership
Paid overtime, if any occurs
Permanent employment contract and a fair, transparent salary structure
