Responsible for executing and maintaining the analytical aspects of the S&OP process in an industrial environment, consolidating data, preparing forecasts, and providing technical support for decisions related to integrated supply chain planning;
Prepare and review forecasts based on historical data, trends, and commercial inputs;
Monitor process KPIs, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions;
Prepare and consolidate data for the monthly S&OP cycle;
Support aggregate production planning and alignment with the supply chain;
Contribute to process standardization, data governance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Required: intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Preferred: experience with Qlik Sense, Alteryx, and KNIME for analysis, data consolidation, and report building;
Advantage: knowledge of AI (artificial intelligence);
Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP within an industrial environment, with operational involvement in the process;
