In-depth practical knowledge of Workday PRISM Analytics.
Experienced in creating Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Discovery Boards.
Proficient in PRISM data ingestion, data transformation, and ETL processes.
Strong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and HR data management.
Skilled in developing complex Calculated Fields and designing Dashboards.
Familiar with integrating Workday with external data sources.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Possession of Workday PRISM Certification is preferred.
Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.
