Supports the Sales and Business Development organization with a dual approach across the Sales Capture process and the Commercial Operations Process
Spend one third of the time as a metrics-driven leader serving as chief of staff for the S&BD VP
Managing the consolidated order pipeline and key Level 2 KPIs
Lead a team of direct reports and align cross-functional and global stakeholders
Design, deploy, and maintain standard work for capture and Deal Factory processes
Drive proposal process optimization through external benchmarking
Analyze and action customer and employee feedback to prioritize improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development or equivalent commercial leadership experience
Minimum of 4 years of direct People Leadership experience
Minimum of 1 year of problem-solving experience using LEAN methodologies
