About this role
Role Overview
Partner on the Printers P&L as the key finance business partner across all cost centers (Laser, EBM and selected HQ functions), covering COS, SGA and fixed assets globally and at Lichtenfels.
Drive financial operations and productivity by owning spend tracking, PO requisitions, cost productivity projects and supporting month/quarter close, including journal entries and required reporting.
Standardize and simplify allocations, reporting and core finance processes with Additive HQ and facility management to reduce complexity, rework and ensure accurate cost allocation to engineering, services and other pillars.
Lead planning, forecasting and metrics for the Printers P&L, including budgets, forecasts, hands-on analysis and continuous improvement of cost tracking and analytics models, plus documenting methodology and training stakeholders.
Provide decision support through data-driven analysis and recommendations, including preparation of audit support and interaction with internal and external auditors.
Champion FLIGHT DECK / LEAN and change by role‑modelling standard work and problem‑solving fundamentals and helping the team adopt lean, transparent financial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Around 3+ years’ experience in financial operations, including reporting and forecasting
Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle ERP is a plus
Fluency in English and very good German skills
Clear, structured communication and the ability to work in a global team
Comfort diving into data, analyzing problems and making data‑driven decisions
Ability to document and execute processes and initiatives
Willingness to be based on one of our offices (Budapest or Lichtenfels) with 3 days office presence per week.
