Identify receipts from contracted health plans (convênios);
Process payments and post settlements in the ERP system;
Perform bank reconciliation of received revenues;
Monitor the process of reversing private/self-pay revenue to contracted health plan revenue;
Track denials/adjustments (glosas) in accounts receivable from health plans;
Monitor payments received from denial/appeal processes;
Validate credits received against payers' statements;
Verify payments received against issued invoices;
Support the monthly financial close for health plan revenues;
Organize and file receipts and financial documents;
Reconcile bank statements related to health plans;
Monitor payment deadlines according to payers' schedules;
Coordinate internally with billing, audit, and registration teams to resolve financial discrepancies;
Review financial reports and assist in validating accounts receivable information;
Track funds related to identified and unidentified deposits;
Assist in regularizing financial discrepancies related to receivables;
Manage emails and requests related to accounts receivable;
Support preparation of documentation for internal and external audits;
Ensure organization and confidentiality of the department's financial information;
Assist in configuring financial parameters for health plans in the ERP system;
Assist in identifying financial inconsistencies and opening internal and external tickets for correction.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Financial Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields).
Previous experience in the role is desirable;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); experience with MV system, Zero Glosas, and Qlik is a plus.
