Act as a Business Analyst capable of translating business requirements into software requirements;
Elicit and manage requirements and document the product;
Gather functional, usability and performance requirements for software through field research with end users, reference documentation and market trend inputs;
Produce and maintain up-to-date requirements documentation;
Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of requirements;
Participate in defining the functional modularization of products;
Perform functional modeling of systems – functional decomposition, functional aspects of integrations, and support the UI/UX architect in defining product navigation and UIs;
Support the systems analysis process by clarifying doubts, explaining concepts and detailing information as needed;
Lead co-creation sessions with clients, acting as moderator;
Perform prototyping for functional modeling of the product;
Participate in inspections of artifacts in the software development lifecycle, e.g., executive summaries, project plans, functional models, technical models, test designs, requirements, etc.;
Contribute to the preparation of Product Plans – analysis of product requirements, detailing requirements, research, contributing to effort estimates, supporting the composition of logical scopes to optimize development projects;
Support knowledge transfer processes – training Shift operational teams, reviewing product documentation and training materials;
Support the Product Management process;
Analyze and categorize product improvement suggestions;
Assist the product manager in research activities, demand prioritization and composition of product plans;
Help other teams clarify controversial functional aspects of products, business rules and legislation;
Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales support materials;
Participate in meetings with clients and prospects in critical situations;
Participate in analysis processes of suggestions and results from Customer Satisfaction Surveys;
Participate in events and research using support materials to maintain and expand knowledge about the business areas in which you operate;
Make internal and external presentations of Shift products when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Health;
Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager (or equivalent role) in digital products with a focus on user experience and continuous delivery;
Practical experience with discovery (qualitative and quantitative) and data-informed decision-making (data + critical thinking + qualitative inputs);
Experience in business analysis, systems development, systems support and application deployment;
Experience eliciting and managing requirements and using requirements documentation tools;
Experience in technical systems analysis and preparation of technical documentation;
Knowledge of Shift LIS and market systems (HIS, RIS, Anatomical Pathology and PACS);
Deep knowledge of healthcare business processes;
Experience with laboratory processes (pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical) and market terminology (RIS, LIS, HIS etc.).
