Ensure a positive, welcoming experience at the start of the customer journey.
Requirements
Knowledge of customer retention strategies;
Intermediate skills in data analysis and reporting;
Experience with communication tools and CRM platforms;
Knowledge of tax planning, payroll and accounting;
Knowledge of company registration, modification and dissolution processes;
Basic CS (Customer Success) and CX (Customer Experience) skills;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
