About this role

Oversee and execute all technical, construction, and commissioning activities on customer sites
Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery from site mobilisation through to final handover
Manage day-to-day operations and interface with customers
Promote and uphold a strong site safety culture
Lead the testing and commissioning of substation equipment
Prepare, issue, and maintain all required site documentation
Organise and execute commissioning activities to agreed programmes

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong technical experience with HV substation protection relays, SCADA systems, IEC 61850 protocols, and the commissioning of HV/LV switchgear and associated equipment
Proven capability in fault-finding on protection schemes using tools such as Omicron, Programma, and Megger
Practical understanding of construction and field service operations, ideally gained within high-voltage transmission or grid-integration projects.
Experience working within the North & South Europe Grid System Integration (GSI) environment—or similar turnkey HV project settings-supporting AC and DC transmission solutions.
Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities.
