Help develop guidelines for responsible HR use of AI, including practical examples of acceptable and unacceptable use cases
Partner with HR, Legal, Privacy, Digital Technology, and other stakeholders to translate policy principles into usable guidance for HR teams
Support the creation of communications, materials, and decision-making resources to help HR leaders and practitioners use AI responsibly
Monitor emerging AI trends and best practices to ensure guidance remains relevant and actionable
Support governance related to the use of HR data in AI agents and other AI-enabled tools, both within HR and across the broader enterprise
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define controls, standards, and approval processes for the use of sensitive or regulated HR data
Help establish clear expectations for how HR data may be used, shared, stored, and accessed in AI-related solutions
Coordinate and support engagement with worker councils related to GE Vernova’s AI and Robotics & Automation strategy
Partner with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to prepare materials, messaging, and discussion points for worker council interactions
Help ensure worker council engagement is well-planned, consistent, and aligned to enterprise strategy and local requirements
Support discussions related to the use of AI tools for HR service delivery, helping to explain intended use, employee impact, and governance considerations
Track commitments, feedback, and follow-up actions to support effective stakeholder management and trust-building
Stay current on evolving AI, regulatory, labor, and workforce trends and translate insights into practical recommendations for GE Vernova
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Technology, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in HR transformation, employee relations, governance, compliance, organizational effectiveness, change management, or enterprise program management
Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible technology use, privacy, or data-related risk considerations
Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and complex decision-making structures
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive topics with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
Analytical, structured, and highly organized approach to problem-solving and execution
Background partnering with HR, Legal, Privacy, Employee Relations, or Technology teams
Familiarity with works councils, labor relations, or employee consultation processes
Exposure to AI governance, digital ethics, responsible AI frameworks, or AI-enabled HR tools
Experience supporting policy development, operating model design, or enterprise change initiatives
