Role Overview
- Shape the future of our Medicaid portfolio and make a meaningful difference in vulnerable communities
- Guide dynamic teams and oversee innovative product development

- Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance metrics and member outcomes
- Champion the adoption and maturity of Agile and Lean Portfolio Management practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive product management experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing Product Managers or Product Owners within a complex, matrixed organization
- Experience coaching and mentoring product management professionals
- Demonstrated track record of translating enterprise and/or Medicaid strategies into product roadmaps
- Experience presenting and advocating for product portfolios in enterprise-level planning or prioritization forums
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
