You’ll participate in client and prospect meetings to evaluate deal readiness, credit considerations, and structural risks, translating insights into clear recommendations.
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and industry data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that shape deal strategy.
Prepare and review credit analyses, modifications, renewals, and loan structures while advising on risk mitigation prior to credit approval.
Ensure high-quality, complete credit documentation that meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor portfolio performance including covenants, maturities, delinquencies, and risk ratings, proactively identifying emerging risks.
You will serve as a subject-matter expert on credit structuring, policy, and execution for the Commercial Banking Center.
Partner with leadership to align portfolio priorities, improve execution efficiency, and enhance client outcomes and retention strategies.
In this role you’ll reinforce adherence to credit policy, regulatory requirements, and internal risk discipline across the team.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
You have 6 or more years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or financial risk analysis (Required).
