Role Overview
- Develop and manage medium-term objectives for multiple teams

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with leading or working with teams consisting of multiple types of roles or tasks
- 2+ years people management and leadership experience
- Strong change leadership experience
- Experience with transformation projects preferred
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading people in a collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with teams from other regions of the world
- Experience with and passion for guiding change and continual improvement
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing LLMs (e.g., Google Gemini), as relevant, for tasks such as brainstorming solutions, deep research, summarizing technical documentation, drafting communications, summarizing complex technical information, and enhancing problem-solving efficiency across the development lifecycle.
