Role Overview

• Provide skilled, one‑on‑one therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers to support safe recovery at home
• Practice at the top of your license with greater flexibility and autonomy

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
