Claims support
obtain supporting documentation, including PODs, process for submission and provide regular tracking and reporting
Support tracking for overages billings
Assist with the submission of customer invoices through various retailer portals
Finance and Accounting team support

Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; internship experience is welcome.
Working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and double-entry bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
Background in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries.
Exposure to inventory accounting, 3PL reconciliations, or retail vendor compliance processes.
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of responsibilities.
