Contribute to internal IT and department-specific projects, such as infrastructure renewal/expansion and hardware and software rollouts
Advise internal departments on IT-related projects and support the execution of certifications
Support the maintenance of IT infrastructure, client systems and software applications, and assist in developing and implementing IT processes
Document these processes
Administer and provide user support for the ERP system

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) in system integration or application development, or an equivalent qualification
Alternatively, completed commercial (business) training with a strong interest in the relevant field
Ideally, some relevant professional experience
Interest in topics such as Microsoft Power Platform, automation and artificial intelligence
Creativity and openness to new ideas; out-of-the-box thinking
Committed, highly motivated and able to work well in a team
