Operate and stabilize existing ELT pipelines based on Snowflake, dbt and Airflow.
Develop and maintain maintainable data models in dbt.
Integrate heterogeneous data sources into consistent datasets.
Implement quality checks, tests and monitoring across the entire pipeline.
Develop, maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
Act as a sparring partner for the team lead on architecture and process decisions.

3–5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering.
Proven responsibility for pipelines (end-to-end ownership).
Strong SQL skills.
Practical experience with dbt and Snowflake or BigQuery.
Hands-on experience with Airflow or a comparable orchestration tool.
Production use of Python for data pipelines.
Experience with Power BI or willingness to develop skills further.
Good German language skills (B2+) to communicate technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-organized working style and willingness to take responsibility.
Adaptability to changing requirements or conditions.
