Role Overview
- Coordinates, writes, and leads qualification packages and proposals
- Provides support for the presentation phase of the pursuit
- Assists with organization for presentation phases
- Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings
- Supports client service teams by preparing materials and participating in meetings
- May coordinate division public relations activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree
- 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Skilled with using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
- Familiar with CRM
- Organizing and supporting message development for proposals and presentations
- Researching and compiling data on clients and markets
- Outlining RFP requirements and leading proposal development
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines
