Role Overview
- Responsible for the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications
- Works closely with the project manager to perform research, development, calculations, design, and delivery
- Develops conceptual and detailed designs and calculations to support project execution
- May mentor, train, and review work of junior engineering staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer license in New York and/or New Jersey strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCad
