Role Overview
- Responsible for selling company products
- Developing and securing new customers
- Investigating potential new product uses or applications
- Perform field promotional work to sell and secure new business
- Extensive planning and preparing data and information for sales calls
- Work independently to establish new dealership partners
- Prospect new markets to establish a new dealership base
- Coordinate with technical staff to determine customers’ needs
- Assist with preparations for trade shows
- Prepare formal presentations to customers on proposed products
- Investigate and expedite complaints and resolve problems
- Keep the company informed on competitive products and market policies
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities and sales volume
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or commensurate work experience required
- 5 years of Outside Sales, or related work experience, required
- 2 years of people management experience required
- Financial industry experience required
- Understanding of Indirect Consumer Financing preferred
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time throughout assigned territory
- Prior knowledge and experience in Recreational dealership sales or banking preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
