Manage the accounting and analysis of global cash incentive and share-based compensation programs, including Board of Directors and executive compensation
Support equity plan administration through close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and the company’s third-party recordkeeper
Assist global accounting teams with the preparation, review, and issuance of statutory financial statements, including support for 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy filings
Lead or contribute to presentations, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects as needed
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Big 4 public accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred
Demonstrated ability to research and apply U.S. GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SAP experience is a plus
