Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client.
Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals.
Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
Own sourcing compliance and controls, including, but not limited to, Contract and COI compliance, RFx/Process Improvements, Diverse Spend, and adherence to Procurement Playbook.
Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based methods for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
Requirements
15+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
MBA, a plus
CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications
Excel, Word & PowerPoint
E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
