Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through personal visits and follow-up on a regular basis, with an eye toward account retention and growth.
Secure account penetration and loyalty, by adding overall value to customer accounts; improving current programs, and introducing new innovations and reporting.
Drive engagement with customers at all levels to ensure needs are met, apprise customers of mutual performance, new products, programs and market trends through periodic and formal Business Reviews.
Develop and qualify leads within respective geography to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and social selling techniques.
Present and create multi-product solution opportunities through presentations, training, and demonstrations.
Provide customer training and support as needed across the customer's entire enterprise.
Accurately complete administrative duties; budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills
