Role Overview
Define and own the product vision and roadmap
Conduct user research, analyze data, and uncover insights to continuously improve the customer experience
Drive engagement, conversion, perfect orders, and retention through customer-first product strategies
Experiment with new features, optimize product offerings, and explore strategic investments with the highest customer and business impact
Partner with engineering and data science teams to leverage AI tools, large language models, and intelligent recommendations
Work closely with engineers, designers, business operations, and other teams to deliver impactful results
Track key metrics, communicate progress, and build enthusiasm for the program’s achievements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in product management
7 years experience in product management or related area
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 3+ years experience as a product manager
Experience building or scaling AI-native applications, generative AI experiences, conversational products, recommendation systems, or intelligent workflow automation solutions
Familiarity with modern AI product development tools, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven personalization strategies
