About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor IDEMIA services and applications to help identify and report issues early.
- Provide first-line technical support to customers, ensuring quick responses within SLA targets.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IDEMIA applications.
- Help analyze problems, apply temporary solutions when needed, and follow up until a permanent fix is implemented.
- Learn to diagnose and resolve issues independently, following IDEMIA support guidelines and best practices.
- Communicate clearly with customers and build trust by providing reliable technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help maintain high service quality.
- Track and follow up on escalated (second-level) support cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to improving documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.
- Support fast recovery during incidents by applying standard procedures and solutions.
- Share knowledge with teammates and actively contribute to improving overall team performance.
Requirements
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security
- Ability to investigate issues using command line (CPU, memory, disk, logs)
- Basic troubleshooting skills (processes, ports, network connections)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
