Onboard new clients and create customized workflows tailored to each practice's needs
Train new clients (clinics and dental teams) on how to use the DentalMonitoring (DM) solution suite
Retain existing clients and help them expand their use of DM solutions so they maximize the benefits of AI technology and the DM dashboard
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients so they support the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and promote the DM product and solution suite
Serve as a technical liaison between clients and the DM platform
Attend local industry trade shows
Collaborate and communicate with Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales representatives to deliver the best possible onboarding experience for the client
Encourage doctors and dental practice staff to adopt new protocols while addressing and alleviating any hesitation about adopting transitional technology
Work on-site at clinics and practices to train all staff and support the implementation of DM solutions (up to 60% of working time)
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics, or equivalent
Excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach
Strong experience in consulting, training, and solutions implementation
Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Good IT skills and a strong appetite for new technologies
Ability to act with diplomacy, demonstrating listening skills and empathy
Ability to influence and drive changes in clients' mindsets
Ability to prioritize tasks, organize, and manage competing priorities
