Support enterprise licensing products, licensing structure, and agreements
Support Burn-down activities for Service Now
Prioritize material deliveries to align with production schedules and program milestones
Review and validate lists of material for completeness, accuracy, and suitability for use
Analyze licensing consumption and reconcile usage against entitlements
Support True-Up processes and support contract renewals and negotiations
Ensure compliance with licensing terms, and contractual obligations
Partner with system lifecycle managers, procurement and legal during amendments, renewals, and vendor negotiations

Currently pursuing a degree program at an accredited college/university
At least a high school diploma with 1+ years of experience in enterprise software licensing, compliance, or licensing strategy
US citizenship required
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret contractual language
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders providing customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and Software Asset Management (SAM) (preferred)
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT software (preferred)
Understanding of hybrid cloud and regulated environments (preferred)
