SAP BASIS Administration experience supporting SAP ECC, BW, SRM, SolMan, and S/4HANA environments.
Hands-on experience with SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, IBM DB2, Sybase ASE, MySQL) and SAP system installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Expertise in SAP RISE, cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), on-premises to cloud transformations, and hybrid SAP architectures.
Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2, EWA analysis, incident management (P1/P2), performance tuning, and production support.
Knowledge of Linux/RHEL/AIX, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), SFTP setup, SAP security, SSO, and Cloud Connector.
Understanding of ITIL processes, SoX compliance, audit controls, technical governance, SOP documentation, and 24x7 support operations.
Exposure to SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, user onboarding, subaccount management, integrations, and cloud innovation initiatives.
