Support and maintain network infrastructure and enterprise systems.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, firewall policies, and VoIP.
Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Support virtualization platforms and cloud services like O365, Azure AD, and Intune.
Maintain accurate network and server documentation.
Manage network and system changes through IT change management processes.
Mentor junior team members and help establish standards and policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
Minimum seven years of experience in network servers, data center administration, and IT security.
Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SCCM, Active Directory, enterprise backup solutions, and server virtualization required.
MCSA and MCITP certifications preferred
Experience using In-Tune and Auto Pilot to manage Windows Desktops is highly desirable
Experience with O365 administration is highly desirable
