About this role
Role Overview
- Lead full project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met while aligning with contractual commitments
- Act as the main customer contact, building proactive relationships and coordinating communication across internal teams and external partners
- Manage contracts, changes, and claims, ensuring clarity, compliance, and correct handling of milestones and deliverables
- Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while coordinating activities such as procurement, HSE, and documentation
- Monitor progress, report performance, and ensure safe execution while supporting site activities and warranty delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (pulp & paper, mechanics, energy, or related field)
- 5+ years of project management experience in pulp & paper or process industries
- Strong project management expertise and experience handling complex industrial projects
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs
