About this role
Role Overview
Achieve sales and financial targets aligned with company objectives.
Design and implement business plans to expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, advocacy groups, and decision-makers.
Build long-lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Develop deep industry expertise and stay informed on market trends.
Collect, maintain, and analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify opportunities.
Monitor tenders within the area of responsibility.
Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Tender, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; scientific or medical background strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry, hospital environment, or medical device sales.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork, Self-Motivation.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Boost/Salesforce preferred.
