Define, measure and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and refine product offerings.

Requirements
Proven track record of leading B2C proposition strategies, preferably in industries such as retail, travel or other global direct-to-consumer products.
Strong experience of consumer needs, pain points, and preferences, with the ability to design propositions that meet and exceed these expectations.
Experience managing a cross-functional team and delivering consumer-focused products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring propositions are both customer-centric and aligned with business goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, customers, and partners at all levels.
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and KPIs to inform proposition decisions and optimise customer experience.
Ability to manage competing priorities, lead complex projects, and deliver impactful propositions on time and within scope.
