Role Overview
- Responsible for designing cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products
- Conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes
- Identify and resolve any framework design weaknesses
- Provide technical leadership to the application development team
- Perform design and code reviews
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation surrounding software architecture
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Application modernization and solution implementation / technical development
- Strong ability to build agents, workflows, or technical components and support solution design with technical expertise
- Experience creating MVPs/demos for validation
- Ability to work within consulting teams and support solutioning and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Agentic frameworks
- Willingness to travel up to 30% globally
