Role Overview
- Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions

- Own delivery end to end, from scoping to production
- Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Capture deployment learnings and document best practices
- Adapt quickly to emerging technologies and ongoing requirements
- Actively contribute to Kyndryl's AI platform development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Demonstrable expertise in Python or another modern language
- Familiarity with community-driven AI tools and libraries
- Experience designing, building, or integrating multi-agent systems
- Practical knowledge of deploying RAG architectures and integrating knowledge sources
- Solid grasp of the software delivery lifecycle and version control
- Experience with cloud AI platforms and distributed computing architectures
- Knowledge of system-level optimization and security best practices
- Degree-level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
