Role Overview
- Shape the architecture — Contribute to key technical decisions and drive solutions that balance robustness with speed of delivery
- Work across the stack — Hands-on implementation from cloud services to hardware-adjacent software
- Collaborate closely — Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine requirements and build things that matter
- Raise the bar — Code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of systems and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Proficiency in Golang, or the confidence and track record to pick it up fast
- Experience with working in a Linux environment
- A product mindset — you think about impact, not just implementation
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or similar
- Bonus points for: Experience with React
- Background in IoT or hardware-integrated systems
- Deeper knowledge of Linux and/or Ubuntu Core
